Navigation

Sentinel was designed to make it extremely easy for personnel to move rapidly within the system. Quick links allow the most frequently visited pages or a predefined list based on administrative groups to be displayed in each tab module. The result is less time when navigating the system which gives staff more time for other duties.

Facility Design

The System Menu provides easy access to processes that allow you to create facilities, set up relevant tables, manage staff and establish security procedures. It is designed to allow you to define your specific cell types, locations, and other agency-defined locations such as property storage, etc.

Offender Search

Sentinel incorporates signigicant Offender Search capabilities. At time of admissions a search is made to determine if the person being admitted has been in the facility before. An offender search can also be made of a particular facility. Of key value, each screen has an Offender ID# search capability in the upper right hand corner that allows for quick retrieval of offender information at any time.

Admissions

An admission is a modular process that allows the booking officer flexibility in the processing of an individual based on information that is immediately at hand. In its entirety it includes assigning an ID#, filling out a brief admissions form, medical assessment, demographics, identification, employment(military/education), contacts, alerts, property, initial charges, and photo capture.
